Welcome to my website. I'm Greg C. Hatfield, Attorney at Law. I'm a Colorado native and have been practicing law in the Denver metropolitan area since 1975. My practice emphasizes commercial collections / litigation and creditor representation, as well as the adjunct areas of business law and business formations. I also engage in income tax consulting for individuals and prepare individual income tax returns.

Over the years my practice has evolved to primarily representing individuals and businesses, as creditors, in commercial matters and related litigation. Approximately 80% of my practice is now devoted to this area. I have been a member of both "The National List" and "American Lawyers Quarterly" since 1997 and have received countless referrals. The source and type of actions I have handled includes promissory notes and contract claims, leases, accounts receivable, secured vehicle and personal property loans, secured real estate loans, pawn contracts, Colorado registration and collection upon judgments from other states, Bankruptcy Court Adversary Proceedings, Public Trustee foreclosures, Sheriff's sales, as well as perfection and foreclosure of mechanic's liens upon real property.
My many years of practice in commercial matters have afforded me the opportunity to develop and expand my expertise in these areas.
